We celebrated Alison turning one by having friends and family join us at Gymboree Play and Music. Many guests came from near and far to help us have fun! I wish I would have taken pictures of all of the guests: Gran and Grandpa, Grandmom, Great-Grammie, Great-Grandma, Great Uncle Bill and Great Aunt Liz, Uncle Luke, Aunt Amber, Levi, and Milo, Aunt Corrine w/ Ky, Symphony and Xara, Greg and Lillie, Scott, Cara, and Ian, Leah and her friend, Pat, Sue, and maybe I shouldn't have tried to list b/c I probably forgot somebody but thank you all so much for helping to celebrate Alison's 1st birthday! And thanks to those who would have liked to been there and sent their love and happy wishes!--Pop Pop, Aunt Kelly, Uncle Joe, Dalton and Anna Marie, Great Grammy, Great Uncle Bill and Great Aunt Pam.

Hmm. Thinking about digging into the cake. Found a candy flower on the cake first and later testers of the flowers report that they were not that great.... But after the flower was out, Alison dug right into the icing. Mostly all icing went on the fingers and licked into the mouth. Hello, sugar!
Need a drink after all of that!
